Cancellation Policy - Cancellations on a single room booking must be received 15 days before arrival date to insure no cancellation charge. Cancellations on multiple room bookings (2-4 rooms) or during Holidays must be received 30 days before arrival date to insure no cancellation charge. Less notice will result in a 100% charge of your total room stay on your credit card unless we are able to re-book your room with another guest.
